How to insert multiple records in a mysql table from one form
Using Dreamweaver 8 and Php/MySQL I want to insert multiple records in a database table from one form. Simple application. Database for exercise. Each record has date, exercise, minutes, reps, sets, etc. I want to put ten sets of fields on a form and have a single submit button which would then act to put up to ten records in the database table.

Did you figure it out -
I'm working on my first dynamic app with Dreamweaver 8. First, I had to customize the code so that the dynamic table fields would have UNIQUE names (please let me know if there is a way that you can tell Dreamweaver you want this automatically). Now I want to insert these unique field records into the same 3 database colums 47 times, but I don't know how to customize the INSERT RECORD.
