Headline ticker in Dreamweaver?

I'm working on a mini-news website for a college course and would like to add a headline ticker onto the page. In a perfect world it would scroll across the page and each headline would be a link to the story within the site. Any instruction would be helpful, I'm not a complete dreamweaver moron but also not an expert. Thanks
