Using CSS to make window appear...
I'm curious to know if it is possible to make a small sized window/box appear when the mouse scrolls over a target point on an image, using CSS? Basically what I am trying to do is make this picture of a map I have sort of interactive. I've highlighted certain areas and what I would like to do is have a small box or window fade in some where nearby to each highlighted area when I move the mouse hand over it. In the box or window I want to put some text and possibly a picture. Is it possible to accomplish this using CSS? If so, how? If not, is there another method in which I can accomplish this?
