how to make website by using dreamweaver

i want to make a website of an elementary school.but honestly, the problem is i don't have any idea of building a website bydreamweaver....this is the first day i open an account for dmxzone...can you help me making a website for an elementary school? the background should be a sort of cartoon characters...there should be a space for the message of the principal....the home page should contain sub menus for the home, about us, contact us, admission, services..at the topmost will be the logo of the said school....just to end up here..i am just observing first
