Active server Pages Tutorial help

All i want is to clear my all doubts and confusion on ASP ,here is one doubt also How can i attach a file(fileupload) as i m making a  support site no email option is here. user will fill his /her complaint details and in the description part he/she can write the comments or can attach a file. This is valid for registered users only..................
