Now this all depends on your requirements, if you simply want to be able to include HTML tags in your email, then it is a case of writing the EMail code yourself.
If however you wish to do acheive something similar to the DMXzone newsletter that is sent out to all members, then you might wish to look at the extension DMXzone have for producing HTML Emails.
