Major Menu Problems

My File menu is buggered!!! It tells me it cannot find the SaveAsTemplate.htm! Ive tried restoring the menus.xml both directly and using the restore menus extension. How do i fix this, Why is this happening all of a sudden, how do i know which extensions are causing it?TIA Andrew

hmm, seems like you've tried most of it...
have you tried using the <b>menus.xml.preExtensionManager</b> file?
it's in the same directory as the menus.xml
If that doesn't work, I can email you mine... I just reinstalled windows, so it wont have any extensions on it...
