i have a form with a lot field who i want to insert to database and another file field in order to upload an image to server ,
so i want to insert this form to database and use smart upload to upload the image to the server and to put the name of image in a database but all this without using SA-FILE>Upload or another extension because i try a lot time to do and i can't ,

i already test the fonction smart Upload in a page alone and it's work very good
i m using access97 UD4 ado2.7
