Hi,

Is it possible (maybe not with UD, but in general), to read a row of numbers from a text file, create an average - then output that number to a form text box ?

Im thinking along the lines of setting up a DNS with the text file, and then going from there - but is this possible ?

Someone please help !

Mr. Martinez, you helped me a few weeks ago, to do a similar thing using javascript, which has worked a treat - but any ideas on this one ? <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Thanks.

I think it is possible as I have read something about connection strings to text files.

Check out the articles section at www.basic-ultradev.com. Maybe they have more information.
