query page:

id fname lname address

0 bill gates earth
1 gates bill mars


Now this is the result of the query right? (query page) the problem is i also want a insertion field in there that will be updated to that same dbase..

ex. of the proposed query with update page:

id fname lname address remarks
0 bill gates earth [textfield]
1 gates bill mars [textfield] &lt;-- once submitted will add this field to the db

Any idea?
