I have a log-in page where the user enters his or her 'User Name' & 'Password'. If entered correctly they could move to the next page that will display their user names together with other information. My problem is that the log-in page is not passing the value of the text field 'User Name' to the next page. In other words the next page cannot identify the user that came in because no URL parameters are givin from the log-in page.

If you're using Login User server behavior then you have information stored in MM_Username session variable.
