One thing there I dont like in UD is the MM marks there are founded in all scripts, connections and behaviors. How I remove this marks in the functions and variables? I hope that UD5 dont have this ridiculous thing.

well, the reason for this prefix, is so that any variables that are created wont interfere with any other variables...

most extensionologists do this to differentiate their extensions from others, for example. if you download an extension from <b>B</b>asic-<b>U</b>ltra<b>D</b>ev.com, you will probably see a <b>BUD</b> prefix to all of their variables...

Well I think that some variables and functions don't need this. "swapImage()" is a function in the middle of thousand functions that can works without any problem. Is not great do a full project in UD for a client and inside him you found a lot of MM's

NO, it's MacroMedia, if your client makes such a remark then ask him if you should rename them all so they don't have the MM_, and then wish him good luck with altering the Jscript / VB-script that suddenly aren't behaviors anymore...

Actually, i have no problem at all with the MM_ in my codes, it helps me find what i'm looking for.

You could offcourse make a copy of ALL the standard behaviors, edit those so that the codes don't have the MM_ anymore, if you want to get rid of them so badly. Just remember to use these altered behaviors, or you'll still end up with Chocolates in your pages.

And with this heat...it's only going to melt.
