Hello,

I am trying to put together a simple login page and I was trying to insert the "log in user" server behavior from the menu. I fill out the dialog box with all the info and then when I hit ok, nothing happens. It doesn't paste in the code for the login script and it doesn't show a new server behavior in the server behavior list. I have my database properly connected along with a recordset that is working. I can do other server behaviors, but nothing related to the login script. I'm running UD 4.01 using an ASP server model for this site, though I have installed and used the PHP server model for another site. I also noticed in the edit server behaviors that the login stuff wasn't listed.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Phil

Not much elp but...

I have had this happen when trying to create new recordsets.

I get a javascript error message where UD is unable to create the code.

I think it is a bug but I am not sure in your case. Do you get any errors coming up?

I haven't gotten any errors showing up. It acts as if I hadn't even filled out the form. Hopefully Macromedia will have some answers...

Problem solved: Uninstalled/reninstalled UD4 and that took care of it. Evidentially something about installed the older php model messed up the login server behaviors for asp. Thanks for the help.
