Can somebody explain me what's the biggest difference between PHP and ASP, i'm very new in this stuff and discovered that Ultradev has an very easy interface for using the extensions to your document. I don't understand anything of scripting, that's the biggest reason I want to use this program.

I know a few possibilities of PHP, can you do the same thing with ASP, with this I mean "Reply options to articles", "Dynamical content" and the biggest reason i want to use Ultradev is the possibility to add a new article to the site by using a special interface...Can somebody tell me if this is possible in Ultradev ?

I saw that there is a new plugin called UltraPHP, can you now make a php document with Ultradev without knowing the PHP language ?

In general there is little difference in code between PHP and ASP.
Especialy when you don't know what to code - you should trust your tools.
Go for UltraDev with ASP - its the most easier.
