Dreamweaver CS6

Purchased: Ajax DataGrid, DMXzone PrintIt, Universal Data Exporter PHP.

Issue, I deleted WinFileCache file, installed Ajax DataGrid in extension manager, at the end of installation I received this message:

Menu items could not be inserted in the exact location requested by the Extension. They will appear in the "Commands 'Miscellaneous'" menu. The extension will still work so it is being installed.

I click ok, open dreamweaver and go through the registration process fine. I close dreamweaver, delete winfilecache file. reopen dreamweaver, and received this error:

The following JavaScript error(s) occurred: Unable to open script file C:\Users...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration\ServerBehaviors\Shared\FieldTypes.js (error 5)

This error pops up about 8 times, I click ok each time. eventually it goes away. Put when I click on the Command menu in Dreamweaver, it pops up again. If I uninstall the extension and delete the copied files and WinFileCache file, I can open Dreaweaver (and the Command menu) just fine.

Please help.
