Hi, we are using ASP Smartmailer on an application to send out mail.

Here is the error we are facing:
msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'

msxml3.dll error '80072ee7'

The server name or address could not be resolved

C:\WEBSITES\CLIENT1\ADMIN\../ScriptLibrary/incSmartMailer.asp, line 1233

I will give you a run down of when this started happening.

We have a program that numerous clients use but each client has their own domain and files.
Hence if we have 5 clients we will have the following domain for each client:

www.client1.com
www.client2.com
www.client3.com etc.

Moving forward we are looking to provide new clients with subdomains rather than individual domains. So if our product is called product then the users would have the following URLS:

www.client1.product.com
www.client2.product.com
www.client3.product.com

We have no problems in seding out email when the clients are using www.client1.com but when they start using www.client1.product.com they face this error.

We would appreciate any help on this subject.
