Can anyone recommend a confirmation box?

I have been trying to come up with ways to prevent bots from spamming my forms and it looks like I will have to resort to using one of those confirmation box scripts where you type the letters represented in an image.Can anyone recommend a simple, effective 'confirmation box' for completing forms?
