I have a website where I am using the Online Page Editor add-on and Image Gallery Add-on for my users to add text changes and images to editable areas on site pages. The text editing works fine, but when I add an image and choose one for it to upload and display, the script responds:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have tried changing permissions on both the upload.php script and the directory where the images are to be uploaded to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I could do to correct this error?
