What is the best php framework for enterprise application development

Hi, i've coding in php for quite sometime and all the while i prefer to code from scratch. To make my application maintainable by other developer, i wish i can get a cool and stable PHP framework to work on.Can please suggest one that i can use to develop enterprise web application. Appreciate your feedback and experience.

I suggest Codelobster PHP Edition.

He didn't look for an IDE but a Framework.
It all depends on what you are looking for in a Framework, some popular Frameworks are CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Symfony and Kohana. There are a lot more all with there strong points and weaknesses.
