Hi,

I have a 10 page pdf document that a user completes by hand. I have converted this to HTML. I have created a simple home page where the user completes a maximum 5 box form. When they click submit the information populates the required parts of the form.

My problem is that I need to add all the following pages one after the other. I appreciate that this will make the page very long.

The first page works correctly but I can't find a way to add the other pages.

I've used Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 asp.
