Hi Reese,
Next time please post your question in the Support Forum for the corresponding extension, in this case the Lightbox Support Forum.
Please try the following:
1. Uninstall version 1.0.3
2. Start DW and remove the following files:
\dmx\dmx.core.js
\dmx\widgets\Lightbox\presets\
\dmx\lib\
\dmx\widgets\flowplayer\
Scriptlibrary\jquery-latest.pack.js
Scriptlibrary\jquery.easing.js
3. Close DW
4. Clear DW cache
5. Install 1.0.4
6. Upload all the files that are found to be new.
Please let me know if this got Lightbox working.
Kind regards, Patrick

Performed all the steps as you directed - thank you.
I did not see the old version in the extension list to uninstall.
New problem, as the Lightbox was trying to load it timed out with this message: "The content could not be loaded for 20 seconds."
