I have the php upload and file genie. I want allow the user to upload a video and view the video on my website. Is this possible using these extensions? I have check out video stream services, but they only allow a user to upload then I have to insert the video in the web site. I want to allow the user to upload and view what they upload on my site.

What you want to accomplish is possible with the 2 extensions you have. Just let the user upload the video. Next redirect the user to a page that displays the name of the uploaded video. Create a link to the filename on the name (using FileGEnie). The user can click on the link and the video will be played (depending on the user to have the correct player installed!).
