I ave a dreamweaver PHP repeat region filtered by URL paranmeter and want to have an option to show all records either if URL parameter is empty or something like page.php?id=showall can someone help??

Do I understand correctly? Do you want some kind of toggle button, that either shows all records (disregarding the URL parameter) or otherwise shows the records according to the URL parameter?
