when using text links the colour won't change when you hover over. The link is active but the colour doesn't change.

this is true for all links on the page.

I have used the the links properties but still no luck.

the annoying thing is on the other page i have built it works fine so i think there might be a conflict in the code maybe?

I can't figure out what is wrong, any help massively appreciated.

place the a:hover after the a:link rule
