Problem with upload to organized folder.

Pure ASP Upload 3I try to make an 'upload to organized folder' solution but the
UploadFormRequest("timgfiletype" ) part of
pau.UploadFolder = "UploadFormRequest(""timgfiletype"" )" remains empty after posting. Insert record works fine and manually writing the path to different upload folders works fine.
Please advise.
