I have bought Pure ASP upload 3 and Smart Image Processor 2 in the last 18 months and since you have rebuilt DMX zone my extensions and serial number sare missing []

Obviously I've paid for these via paypal but I can not download the extensions or see my serial numbers. I used the paypal address so you should have a record of that somewhere also the last date I downloaded the extension from dmxzone was 2/11/08

I would be grateful if someone could get back to me and tell me where my purchases are as my profile is not correct!

Just thought i should note I have the emails in my hotmail inbox( ) showing receipt of my purchases but I can't enable the extensions as DMXZone is showing no record of having purchased them.

I will be more than happy to email the receipts ot a member of DMXZone if an email address is provided.

I need this rectifying asap please as I need to use the extensions.
