I am trying to get Advanced Tooltips to work with a template based page. I've created the editable region, but when the tooltip opens...it opens above the page and forces the site to scroll to the bottom of the browser. I've selected absolute center (inside) and tried all of the other choices, but it only and always opens the tooltip window above the actual site.

Is this a template issue? The page I'm referring to can be viewed here.the-art-dept.tv/new_site/test_tooltip.php
