I've used a previous version of SIP without any difficulty but I cannot get 2.5.1 to work on any server despite installing conPictureProcessor and ASP.NET being installed. I know there's been many posts around this subject but none appears to offer any help.

The error I get when running the '?sipinfo=true' test is simply..

Image Processor: No component detected
There is no supported component detected.

I've put conPictureProcessor in the cgi-bin folder of my site and registered successfully. I've made sure that ASP.NET (2.0.50727.0) is present and the 'incSIP2Class.asp' and 'sip_service.asmx' are installed in the scriptlibrary of my site. I know I must be missing something obvious but any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same experience. This thing doesn't work half as well as V 1.xx.

For the ASP.NET version you also need to copy the .dll file in the bin folder. The bin folder must be in de root of the Application Folder, this is not always the site root.

Installation of conPictureProcessor.dll: Copy conPictureProcessor.dll to the system32 folder of windows, there register the component using regsvr32.
