Forum Newbie here....I'm trying replace code after the following template code:

When I try to replace it with something after it - I get the "ding" and will not perform the replacement?

For some reason, the replace won't work. I'm thinking it's something to do with the editable region/template issues, since it works in the template itself - but not on a page where the template is applied. Without this, I can't figure out how to insert some common tags/ids at that point across a large number of files.
