Hello

I am making a website and I want to have an image placeholder on my homepage that changes from time to time, but is always the same size and position. I would like my client to be able to upload new images whenever they would like. I understand that I would need to create forms for them to do this, but how do you tell the placeholder to show the most recently uploaded photo? I assume I need to use a database for this?

I apologise if this is a dumb or already answered question, I am quite new to Dreamweaver still.
