Just purchased and installed Multi Upload Bundle PHP. But now I'm unable to start Dreamweaver.

I either get the generic "The application Dreamweaver quit unexpectedly" or sometimes a Pure PHP Upload is corrrupted.

Both extensions have been disabled and the laptop re-started, yet I'm still not able to launch DW.

Mac OSX 10.4.11 + DW8

erm, sounds like you should run the dreamweaver installation softare and then select repair. You'll be up and running in no time.
Thats how I fixed it on mine anyway.
