I just recently received CS3 and I am having a problem with my MySQL connection. It says that I am connected successfully, but when I test my recordset an error pops up and says that an "unidentified error has occurred" and my database listing are not showing up on my site.

Any thoughts as to what might be happening?

By the way. Here is my Dreamweaver generated SQL statement:

SELECT itemName, itemDesc, itemPrice, itemPicSmall, itemPicLarge
FROM products
ORDER BY itemName ASC

Hi Tomas,

There could be a number of causes that creates your error, although it does sound like one of your services mainly MySql may be causing this. Turn it on and off a couple of times to check that it is working properly. The reason is other programs like to use the same port, which means mysql does not get run. I would also do the same with your server software and check them too.

Hope that helps a bit!
