I am trying to add ToolTips to pages based on a template, but in the editiable regions. When I view it online, it always shows a white bar at the top of the browser that's behind the main table containing the site and it reads "false".

What is the issue?

I had the same problem. Rename your Styles folder with a lowercase "s". or download the llatest version that has a fix for this.
