PureASP 3 and Multiloader

I just upgraded my site with PureASP upload 3 and the advanced multiloader. It appears that when you use the multiloader, the Pure asp progress indicators do not work. I only see the progress bars at the bottom of the multiloader. Is this the expected behavior?
