I'm trying to create a form field that enters an email address into a form based on the value of the name field. The email field can be either a text or hidden field, but both the name and the email field need to be entered into the database when the form is submitted. Is there a script out there that passes both values of a dependent field setup (so far I've only found scripts that pass on the child field, not the parent field.)
