Permissions using CHMOD (ASP version)?

Permissions using CHMOD (or the ASP version) command in FTP.I can set permissions when using CHMOD in PHP before I need to upload the files and reset it after uploading them, like this:
<font size=1>This all happens on the server with the actual PHP files</font id=size1>
<pre id=code><font face=courier size=2 id=code>CHMOD 0777
Upload file or files
CHMOD 0755</font id=code></pre id=code>
How to do this in ASP?
