Am thinking of using Joomla as a CMS system for my site which has an Active SlideShowPro control on my home page.
How well does it work with Joomla? What I would really like to see in Joomla is the interface which you get with Slideshow in Dreamweaver 8 (i.e. being able to easily change images, overlays, text and other properties and to generate the flash and other files). Is it possible to do this?
As you can gather, I am a complete novice when it comes to Joomla.

I am a web designer with an emphasis in Joomla who would like to use the Active Slideshow Pro extension to produce slideshows for Joomla-based websites. The extension is excellent, and the added controls and sound is very exciting.

I hope there is someone watching this thread who knows about php and MySQL coding. Joomla is growing rapidly and maturing as a very stable and creative CMS.

Can anyone comment/ give direction as to how the output from Active Slideshow Pro can be incorporated ointo a Joomla website?

I am very interested in the extension, but require it to work with Joomla/php MySQL.
