Hi, just purchased and downloaded rich media bundle, got my invoice in my email, installed the extensions in dreamweaver and then asked me for user name and password...i entered it, then serial numbers for all three, i go to retreive it in my purchases, and there not there! so obviously i cant activate them...HELP
