I have the Advanced Layer Popup, which works great. It would be even better if one of the position options was to make the Popup up appear according to the location of the mouse. For example, if you want to use ALP for popup help windows, the popup would appear 10px to the right and 10px below the link on the page (or however the user wanted to set it up).
