I had a heating problem with my laptop and had to reinstall a couple of times, Now when I try to register my PAU 3 extensions I get a message that I have to contact DMX Zone because I reached the maximum number of times to register the extension, I have tried to email 3 times and and nobody has responded to my request.

I love the extensions and have no complaints about it, but i spent over 300 usd on these extensions that are useless until someone at dmx decides to respond to me, plus I have pending work to do that can not be done until I register the extension.

PLEASE Someone wake up and get the customer service people to type some emails please......
