ITV TV Guide styled roolovers

Hi AllI want to achieve the roll over effect that ITV have in their TV Guide. www.itv.com/TVGuide/default.html Is there a Dreamweaver or Spry tool for this? Or is their an extension? Or for that matter should I be calling them roolovers?
