I have two tables Country (countryID, name), City (cityID, name, countryID)

I have a dynamic Select Box (populated with all countries Table) in addition to a Static Option All.

On the action page I want to display either Cities of All Countries (in case All was selected) OR Cities of a Specific Country (depends on selection).

How can I implement the action page using Server Behaviors. Its the Option All I am stuck on while displaying Cities based on passed foreign key is not a problem. The problem is to have both in action page.
