Looking to build a simple dashboard for my sales team that has both links to our most commonly used sites <i>and</i> ability to launch
a manufacturer's application without the standard File Security Warnings and dialog.

It will be in an Intranet environment, with the dashboard being launched from a network drive each time, making calls to websites and applications
on the users/local machine.

Yes, I've tried the LaunchinIE thing, I'm looking to avoid modifying every PC's registry if at all possible.

If not DW, maybe Flash?
