I'm a newbie o this and would be thankful if anyone could help.

I have designed a query which has two tables a mainform and subform. The subform contains pledge date, amount pledged , collected and Amount Banked. The Main form shows the names surnames and contact info.

Under pledged date I have between [enter start date] and [Enter end date]. When I run the query i brings up duplicate records. If you have donated twice in one year it brings up Duplicate records just the dates are different. how do specify which dates i want to show for each record.
