HI,

this is probably a simple question, but anyway. I want to have a horizontal navigation bar at the top of my page with the background filling the full width of the page. The main content below this will all be centered in the middle of the page. There will then be a footer the full width. The main content and footer are no bother but the header is what i am having difficulty creating. All help is greatly appreciated.
