The following extensions for Dreamweaver could help you will uploading files to your server.
(You do not have to write any code for uploading. The extensions provide the required server-side files for the upload.)
Extensions for ASP:

* Pure ASP Upload 2 - www.dmxzone.com/ShowDetail.asp?NewsId=1622
Extension for PHP:
