Hi guys hope you can anwser this one for me.

I have a recordset paging half way down my page and the problem is that when i click the next/prev links it jumps to the top of the page which is pretty annoying as you have to scroll down again every time. So i thought i could try anchors but i get a very annoying flash up and back down the page as it corrects it self.

Is there a way to keep the page where it is?

I don't think there is anyway to do that without the jump, you could take a look at Dreamweaver's CS3 Ajax functions to dynamically update the recordset without having to reload the page. pretty slick but it can be a pain to get work sometimes.
