MY error... sorry. This wound up in the wrong forum. [total rookie, sigh]

In DW8, when I click on New... - and click the Templates tab, I get the error, "The parameter is incorrect." I downloaded the 8.0.2 updater, but the problem is still there. I'm probably missing something 'easy'.

Can someone help me with this OLD problem?
