div borders disappearing in IE 7

Hi!I have a funny problem on my secondary pages in IE 7 at www.missoulagbi.com, where the green border around the "text" div partly disappears on all of the secondary pages. Looks fine and like it should on the homepage, but then click to any of the other pages in IE and the border partly disappears. Any ideas?

O.K., that was dumb. After many hours of working on this myself, I finally noticed I needed to type a "../" in front of my "ie.css" file in the IE workaround in the head of all my pages. Duh. Sorry.
