I need to insert an additional field entered by the user when files are uploaded using the Multiple file Flash upload. I see where I can bind data with the File Data in Bindings and that the form fields for this information is hidden. I need to be able to insert a form field for additional information from the user. How do I go about doing this? Your direction would be most appreciated.
